Real estate agents need more training when it comes to investment property.  Sure, a new agent can tell you all about Range, Townships and Sections or what an appurtenance is but often don’t understand the very important subject of real estate investing. Why?  I have no idea!

First, Real Estate Investing could be/should be the number one vehicle for real estate agents to retire one day.  Heck, we agents don’t have a pension.  There is no matching 401(k) for us to contribute to.  But who sees the best retail deals first?  Us!

Second, real estate investors are great clients.  Yes. They are totally different to work with than primary home buyers and sellers but there is as much good in that as bad.

This website and coach has his aim to narrow the education gap and to close the canyon of miscommunication and misunderstanding between agents and investors.  There is going to be a whole area on our website devoted to you, the real estate agent, and how you can profit from investment property for either yourself or your clients.  In any case, you are going to need to know the ins and outs of REI.
