“Hi, this is Chris. How have you been? I’m updating my real estate database and I’d love to send you something from time to time and over the holidays. My real estate business was amazing this last year but I need to do a better job of staying in touch with people I know. So would you mind replying with your current home address, phone number and email to help me out?”
