- You can hire people to do the tasks that are not your strengths such as contract compliance or attending inspections or repairs estimates or putting out signs, etc.
- You will make more money on a steady basis.
- You can plan vacations that will make your family smile.
If there was ever a Win-Win, this is it. Always have enough pending contracts so that if one were to fall out (that never happens, right?) that you would still have all your bills met, including setting aside money for retirement and taxes. Stress will just melt away in your life.
